(Or The Fan and The Friend)

A story of two housemates: The Fan, who writes fanfiction to express her desires, and The Friend, who finds herself written into these fantastical stories. We follow them through these romantic fantasies, where The Friend struggles to find her own autonomy, as all that she does is written by The Fan. Through this journey they realise their romantic interest in one another, and have to make a final decision.

This story touches upon my concerns regarding copyright and IP, fanwork as a Western taboo, and queer visibility- through a cut-and-paste homage to some of my favourite fandoms.
